Cert 3 / Diploma Qualified Teacher As an Early Childhood educator , you will develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and the centre’s community. You will work with the Nursery team in developing and leading the implementation of the curriculum. Our centre is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, has a partnership with Flying Start and encourages nature play and play-based curriculum. You will support a small group of children to learn in a caring and nurturing environment, where they are encouraged to engage in self guided exploration and discovery. You will hold a cert 3 or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood, and be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of contemporary delivery of education programs. You will help plan and implement a play-based program that meets the children’s developmental strengths, interests and needs in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
