About the role We are seeking a relaible and motivated casual cleaners to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of various commercial and residential properties to the highest standard. You will need to be willing to work various hours across multiple sites. What you'll be doing Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of assigned properties, including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures Provide excellent customer service to clients Work across multiple sites What we're looking for Previous experience as a cleaner, preferably in a commercial or residential setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Reliable and punctual An ability to work both independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of cleaning methods, products and equipment Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols A drivers licence and reliable mode of transport Ability to work various hours both morning and/or afternoon shifts (We unfortanately cannot accomodate those only available between 9am -2pm) Must have Australian work rights What we offer At Realta Enterprises, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits, including: -Immediate start -Competitive hourly rates - Flexible work arrangements - Supportive and inclusive work environment About us Realta Enterprises is a leading provider of commercial and residential cleaning services in the Wollongong region.
