As an SST Attendant , you play a critical role in ensuring students are safe, supported, and comfortable during their journey. You will: support students and the driver while the bus is in transit assist students with safely boarding and exiting the bus provide a clean and safe environment for all passengers and colleagues on board respond calmly and appropriately in emergencies help create a positive, reassuring environment for all students This position involves split shifts —Monday to Friday, during morning and afternoon school runs—giving you the middle of the day free and your public holidays guaranteed .
