We are seeking a visionary Executive Pastry Chef to lead and elevate our pastry operations across the business. Reporting to the Culinary Director, this role will drive creative direction, operational excellence and a high-performing team within a premium, large-scale hospitality environment. About the Role Lead and inspire large pastry teams, building capability, driving performance and fostering a strong and inclusive culture Champion innovation and creativity, developing contemporary pastry offerings aligned to market trends and guest expectations Embed and uphold industry best practice, including HACCP, food safety, and operational excellence frameworks Oversee end-to-end pastry operations, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation and production across multiple outlets Drive commercial outcomes, managing labour, food costs, and productivity to deliver strong financial performance About You Proven senior leadership experience in premium, high-volume hospitality environments, leading a large and diverse team Highly creative pastry professional with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, P&L and operational performance Deep understanding of food safety, HACCP and compliance, with a commitment to best practice standards Trade-qualified Pastry Chef (Diploma or higher preferred) with exceptional attention to detail and organisational capability Why Crown?
