Room Host Volunteer – 2026 Spectrum Space Symposium As a Room Host, you will oversee the smooth delivery of sessions, ensuring they run on time and provide a positive experience for speakers and attendees. Key duties include supporting speakers before and during sessions, delivering introductions using provided notes, monitoring timing, coordinating with staff and volunteers, and managing or escalating any issues. We’re looking for confident, organised individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable managing time and working in a live event environment. Spectrum Space is a local organisation dedicated to creating inclusive communities and celebrating neurodiversity. The Symposium brings together autistic people, families and professionals to share lived experience, build understanding and foster connection. Volunteering offers valuable event experience, the chance to build networks, and access to speaker sessions.
