The Opportunity: At Beaumont Tiles, we are evolving our brand, customer experience and marketing capability to support the next phase of growth across retail, digital and trade. We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Brand & Campaign Lead to help bring our brand strategy to life through integrated campaigns, customer communications and cross-channel execution. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, this role acts as the operational lead of the Brand team - translating strategy into clear, customer-focused campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and sales across our national network. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys balancing creativity with commercial outcomes. About the Role: You will play a key role in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, social, CRM and trade channels. You will work cross-functionally with Digital & eCommerce, Retail, Buying and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are aligned, executed seamlessly and commercially effective. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating and delivering national marketing campaigns • Supporting annual campaign planning and promotional execution • Developing customer-focused campaign messaging and communications • Ensuring alignment across Retail, Digital & eCommerce and Buying • Managing campaign workflows, timelines and stakeholder coordination • Supporting agency briefing, execution and delivery • Assisting in campaign performance analysis and optimisation • Supporting consistency of brand execution across all customer touchpoints About You: You are a collaborative and commercially aware marketer with strong campaign execution capability and a passion for customer experience and brand storytelling.
