The Senior Officer, Facility Operations and Capital Works duties encompass the operational delivery of facilities management services across multiple CFC assets, including Canberra Theatre Centre, Canberra Museum and Gallery, Lanyon Homestead, Calthorpes House, Mugga Mugga Cottage and Albert Hall. This role is essential to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and preservation of the CFC’s important public assets. You will be working with team members across multiple facilities and collaborating with divisions showcasing our working across performing arts, visual arts, and heritage venues, contributing to the ACT’s vibrant cultural life. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs, utilise your skills on contract management, procurement, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive the continuous improvement of facilities operations.
