The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess: Prepare meat for wholesale and retail sale using a wide variety of processes Removing bones, trimming fat and cutting, mincing and grinding meat to shape and size as ordered Prepare crumbed cuts of meat, and marinating, seasoning and curing special cuts Select and prepare meat to produce smallgoods Operate machines to grind, mix, mince and tenderise meat Make seasonings and pickles by mixing spices, salt and other ingredients Operate sausage filling machines, smoking chambers, and cooking kettles and vats Skills and Abilities: Must have 3 years’ experience as a Butcher Certificate III in Meat Processing or related Qualification OH&S awareness Food Handling and RSA certificates required Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Applications open on 22nd May 2026 and closes on 22nd June 2026 If you are interested in this role APPLY now.
