Senior BA - Contract opportunity with leading Insurance organisation Your new company We're looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a large-scale transformation program within the insurance sector, supporting initiatives across customer and consumer-facing platforms. Your new role Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you'll be responsible for gathering and defining requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting processes and user stories, and supporting Agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality customer outcomes. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced transformation program with strong delivery teams and meaningful customer impact. What you'll need to succeed 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex delivery environments Strong financial services experience, ideally insurance Proven Agile delivery experience Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence Ability to work across multiple squads and business stakeholders Experience across claims, consumer platforms, Mainframe or Protect environments will be highly regarded. What you'll get in return This role offers a 12-month contract with potential to extend, $900 super on daily rate, and the opportunity to work with one of the leading Insurance organisations in Australia. It's based in Barangaroo and offers hybrid working arrangements.
