BENEFITS: Ongoing training and support Salary range $100k - $120k Super, in line with experience Trusted to work autonomously Be part of a high-performing claims team CBD location Hybrid work, 2 days WFH THE ROLE: Working closely with a team of experienced public liability claims managers, you will manage claims from end to end. Determining liability on claims and providing recommendations for future claims strategies Ensuring the best possible outcome in all targets: QA, Customer, Quality, and Financial Conducting legal reviews on litigated claims with service providers KEY CRITERIA: 2-3 years of experience managing public liability claims Legal qualifications (preferred, not essential) Experience in managing litigated claims (highly desirable) A Solid understanding of the Insurance Code of Practice and Insurance Contracts Act Confident interpersonal/communication skills Excellent negotiation skills End-to-end claims management experience TO APPLY: Are you looking for a role where you will be supported, yet given autonomy in a respectful team environment?
