About the Role As a Golf Operations Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of golf operations across our two championship courses, short course and practice facilities. Duties will include: · Providing excellent customer service to Members and guests. · Processing Member and guest check-ins and bookings in the golf shop. · Assisting Members and guests with retail purchases and information. · Managing competition timesheets and scoring systems, MiClub experience favourable although not essential. · Assisting with general range services. · Supporting outdoor operations such as preparing golf carts and end of day cart cleaning procedures. · Supporting the setup and delivery of Member competitions, corporate days, and special events. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: A team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and available to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required. A genuine interest in golf and knowledge of the game will be highly regarded. Previous experience in golf operations is desirable but not essential. RSA desirable although not essential. Barista coffee skills or desire to learn desirable although not essential. Minimum age requirement of 18 years or over. Australian citizenship required for this position.
