About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organised, strategically minded Marketing Coordinator to join our small but ambitious sales and marketing team. This is not an entry-level “post a few socials” role. We need someone who understands how marketing channels work together, can keep multiple projects moving without constant supervision, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail. You’ll play a central role in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives across brand, digital, social, agency management, campaigns, and reporting. This role requires someone who can think strategically while also being highly execution-focused. Key Responsibilities : Coordinating marketing campaigns from concept through to execution Managing project timelines, works in progress, reporting, and keeping stakeholders aligned Supporting sales and marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets Managing RubberGem and RubberGem Agri’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Planning strategic content that supports broader business goals (not just posting for the sake of posting) Working with external agencies to brief projects clearly, manage deliverables, and drive strong outcomes Assisting with digital campaign coordination and performance reporting Creating polished visual assets using Canva and applying strong design judgement Supporting CRM and marketing automation activities (GoHighLevel experience highly regarded) Helping maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and marketing performance About You: You’re organised, commercially aware, and naturally proactive You likely have 3 years’ experience in a marketing role and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Strong project management and time management skills Excellent attention to detail (you spot what others miss) Ability to work autonomously and self-manage effectively Experience managing business social media channels strategically Strong understanding of how social and content fits within the wider marketing mix Confidence briefing and managing external creative/digital agencies Canva skills and strong visual judgement (“what looks good” matters) Experience preparing reports, tracking progress, and maintaining momentum across multiple projects Strong written communication skills CRM / automation platform experience (GoHighLevel is a bonus) What We Offer: Be part of a business creating genuine circular economy impact Join a small but mighty team where your contribution genuinely matters Work on marketing initiatives with global reach Variety, ownership, and autonomy in your day-to-day work Opportunity to help shape the next phase of growth for an ambitious Australian manufacturer Supportive team environment Immediate start available How to Apply: If you’re a proactive marketer who thrives in an environment where organisation, ownership, and strategic thinking matter, we’d love to hear from you.
