This role combines practical leadership with planning and coordination responsibilities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a civil maintenance team to deliver safe and effective outcomes Promote and maintain a strong workplace safety culture Coach, mentor, and develop team members Coordinate daily works, resources, and maintenance programs Support budgeting and operational planning activities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and work practices Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team performance management To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience leading teams within civil maintenance, construction, or related environments Strong knowledge of civil maintenance practices and operational planning Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A proactive and team-focused leadership approach Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and quality outcomes You will also hold: Certificate in Leadership or related discipline (or equivalent experience) Current HR Driver's Licence White Card TTM/WZTM certification (or willingness to obtain) Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
