Due to an increased demand within our business, SYPAQ are seeking two Lead Data Analysts for a long-term contract with a large Federal Government Department. The role offers a start in the new financial year and is a contract of 24 months. The role can be based in QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, SA, TAS. Overview: The Data Analysts will be part of project team to support, measure and strengthen Program Integrity at the Department The project team will consider and scope options and capability to action compliance interventions associated with inappropriate practice. This work will enable identification of the most effective and efficient option for reviewing compliance concerns and the required legislative amendments, system changes and data tools to ensure successful implementation and outcomes. The following skills and competencies are required: Provide technical expertise and support on incorporation of data into existing data tools (31 data reports) and percentile information used to undertake reviews Provide support, expert knowledge and technical input into other data tools and systems, including compliance risk identification tools. Provide technical expertise, advice and input on incorporation of data into existing data tools (31 data reports) and percentile information used to undertake reviews. Provide guidance, leadership, expert knowledge and technical input into other data tools and systems, including compliance risk identification tools relevant to and combine data within case management framework and compliance risk tools. Skills Required: Previous experience in a Government Department 5 plus years in a data analyst role with experience as a Lead Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team Strong attention to detail The successful applicant must be an Australian Citizen with an ability to obtain Baseline clearance.
