Locations: Greater Adelaide, Australia Area (Headquarter location) The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Workforce to lead the strategic and operational HR services across its extensive and diverse health service portfolio. This key executive leadership role is pivotal in driving workforce performance, capability, reform, industrial strategy, and organizational transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce strategy, planning, and reform, as well as overseeing industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, and employee relations. The role demands a senior executive with a proven track record in large-scale HR functions within unionized, multi-stakeholder environments, and a deep capability in industrial relations, negotiation, and workforce risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong credibility with clinical leaders, executives, unions, and government stakeholders, and the ability to build alignment and deliver outcomes across diverse service environments. A pragmatic approach that combines strategic insight with operational delivery is essential. Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated public sector environments is highly regarded. The Executive Director will work in close partnership with the People & Culture function and the Executive team to ensure high-performing workforce practices that are aligned across the various service streams, ultimately influencing the delivery of critical services to the community.
