You will lead and support the delivery of recruitment services to external clients, drive team performance and contribute to the continued growth and success of our temporary and permanent recruitment divisions. The Role As the Recruitment Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations of the recruitment services team. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership & Team Development : Lead, coach, and support a team of Recruitment Consultants Service Delivery: Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract high quality talent whilst overseeing end to end recruitment including candidate sourcing, interviewing, compliance, and placement activities. Relationship Management : Develop and manage strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service to support repeat business, and long-term client retention. Operational Excellence : Ensure recruitment services are delivered professionally, efficiently, inclusively and in line with compliance and regulatory requirements. Business Development : Support the growth of the temporary and permanent recruitment divisions through new business and developing ongoing management and expansion of client accounts, working closely with the General Manager Recruitment Services. What You’ll Bring To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be: Recruitment Leadership Experience : Proven success leading high performing recruitment services teams within a labour hire, recruitment or agency environment with the ability to build, manage, and maintain a successful recruitment service. Strategic & Hands-On : Ability to balance team leadership with managing your own portfolio, while contributing to business growth, continuous improvement and operational strategy. Client & Candidate Focus-Driven : A genuine commitment to delivering outcomes and building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
