Employment Aid Services About the Role We are launching a new NDIS-focused Employment Aid Service and are seeking an experienced, autonomous Support Coordinator on a casual basis to help us operationalize and grow. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of service delivery from the ground up. We are looking for someone who doesn't just "do the job," but understands the landscape of NDIS operational guidelines, participant intake, and complex case management. Your Responsibilities Service Launch & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for participant intake and NDIS service coordination. Compliance & Systems: Ensure all operations adhere to NDIS standards, including accurate documentation, policy implementation, and reporting. Case Management: Manage a caseload of complex participants, ensuring high-quality, person-centered support. Growth: Assist in the ongoing development and outreach strategies to build our participant base. Administration: Manage meeting agendas, minutes, and confidential participant data with high integrity. Advertising and Marketing: Promoting our service and finding participants. What You Bring Essential: A minimum of 2 years’ experience specifically as a Support Coordinator in the NDIS sector. Expertise: Strong understanding of NDIS operational guidelines and experience navigating complex participant cases. Independence: Ability to work autonomously—you know what needs to be done and how to get it done efficiently. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Tech Savvy: High level of computer literacy; comfortable utilizing NDIS-related software. Requirements Current Police Clearance and Working With Children Check Current Driver’s Licence and a reliable, registered vehicle. Right to work in Australia. Why Join Us?
