CENTRE FOR PROSTHODONTICS Treatment Coordinator Where clinical detail meets genuine care Full or Part-time Based in South Perth & Midland Specialist prosthodontic practice We’re reviewing applications as they arrive and will move quickly for the right candidate — don’t wait to apply. THE OPPORTUNITY The Centre for Prosthodontics is one of Australia’s leading specialist dental groups, built around a team of exceptional prosthodontists who pride themselves on clinical craft, patient ethics, and restorative excellence. We work with complex, high-care patients whose treatment journeys span months — sometimes years. The coordination behind that care matters deeply. You’ll step in once the clinician has completed their consultation — understanding each patient’s needs, timing, and budget to bring a treatment plan to life in a way that feels manageable and supported. This role is about far more than scheduling. You’ll be the bridge between clinical recommendation and patient commitment — translating complex prosthodontic treatment into clear stages, realistic financial arrangements, and genuine confidence for the patient. It takes patience, structure, empathy, and a real understanding of how dentistry works. You are also the bridge between our referrer and other specialists involved. WHERE YOU’LL WORK Your base will be across our two primary sites, with occasional travel to a third location when the team needs support: South Perth Midland Karrinyup (occasional) WHAT YOU’LL DO Treatment coordination — Post-consultation patient handover from clinician — Treatment plan presentation and staging discussions — Cost breakdowns, financing options, and consent (and dealing with health funds and DVA) — Ongoing case tracking, external specialists and patient follow-up Patient experience & admin — Compassionate, clear communication at every step — Supporting patients through complex decision-making — High-volume computer and systems work to follow up other specialists and ensuring patients have attended and then revising treatment plans based on these appointments — Front desk support across sites as required — Maintaining meticulous patient records WHO YOU ARE You’re someone who naturally brings structure to complexity — detail-oriented, patient, and calm under pressure. You’re comfortable with high computer use and you understand the rhythms of a dental practice. Most importantly, you can sit with a patient who’s just been told they need significant restorative work and help them navigate a path forward. You bring — Dental reception or coordination background (preferred) — Strong digital literacy and system confidence — Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through — A calm, empathetic patient communication style — Ability to travel between South Perth and Midland Bonus if you have — Specialist or prosthodontic practice experience — Treatment financing or case acceptance experience — Health fund knowledge — CareStack or similar PMS (D4W, Exact) familiarity — DA or OHT clinical background We’re open to considering candidates from outside the dental industry who bring exceptional coordination and patient-facing skills — however, given the seniority of this role, a dental background is strongly preferred and will be prioritised. WORKING WITH US CFP is a specialist practice that takes its clinical reputation seriously — and we take our people seriously too. You’ll work in a structured, professionally-managed environment alongside clinicians who are leaders in their field. For the right person, this role carries genuine opportunity for growth: CFP is part of a larger group of dental practices, and we’re building something with longevity. How to apply Send your CV and a brief cover letter telling us what draws you to specialist dental coordination — we’d love to understand how you think about patient care, not just what you’ve done.
