Due to a number of these projects moving towards delivery phase, and new sites successfully acquired they have an increasing workload and require a highly skilled and impressive Development Manager to join their team. This role would suit someone who is an experienced Development Manager elsewhere that may have not done any built form and is keen to gain built form experience, or perhaps you have Apartment’s experience and want to work somewhere with committed projects that have commitment to quality. To be considered you must have the following experience and attributes: Full lifecycle experience in the delivery of property projects (large scale land, townhouse or apartment projects). Able to run project team meetings and command respect and loyalty from the various consultants and contractors engaged. Have professional communication skills and presentation, able to hold your own both on site and in an executive’s boardroom. Be thick skinned, a team player with common sense and strong work ethic. Hold a property related tertiary qualification to back up practical experience. Have a current and relevant network of the best contractors and consultants across Perth, able to demonstrate that when required.
