Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Quantity Surveying Solid Intermediate level CA, with proven experience on projects $30m Experience on healthcare/hospital projects Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Proven track record in commercial building Focusing on some defence projects they require a CA with permanent residency.
