Job Description What’s the role? The Workflow Lead Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑scale solutions on the Appian platform. The role contributes to shaping the strategic direction of the workflow platform capability, while ensuring solutions are high quality, scalable, secure, and aligned with business and technology objectives. This role leads the design and architecture of enterprise‑grade Appian solutions, providing technical leadership to the development team and ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. It involves designing and overseeing complex solutions, including integrations with legacy and cloud‑based systems, and working closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs. The role supports delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing ambiguity to drive clarity while balancing business needs, technical constraints, and enterprise standards. What do I need? Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Appian/Other Similar workflow application solution design and development. Total IT industry engineering experience of over 10 years. Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale workflow applications preferably Appian. Demonstrated experience in data model design, solution design and/or architecture roles, preferably within large or complex organisations. Strong system integration experience, including integration with legacy systems and cloud-based platforms. Banking or financial services domain experience is highly desirable. Proven ability to deliver solutions using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Why join us?
