Job description Service Delivery Manager – AV / UC Sydney, NSW | $110K – $125K Super We’re looking for a hands-on Service Delivery Manager to support AV/UC service operations for a growing integrator delivering collaboration solutions across corporate and commercial environments. This is a practical, people-focused role combining service coordination, technical understanding and customer engagement — ideal for someone coming from an AV/UC support or coordination background ready to step into more ownership. The Role You’ll help run day-to-day service operations, acting as the link between customers, technicians and internal teams.
