We require a Marketing Officer to drive our marketing segment and company vision. Applicant should have a solid expertise in digital and social media/marketing as well as traditional marketing to harness opportunities and enhance brand presence. Based in South Windsor NSW, this is a full time role with $80K to $90K plus super salary depending on skills and experience. Key duties and responsibilities • Design and implement product and market campaigns including planning, execution, tracking and reporting results to management • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition • Design innovative and captivating content using advanced marketing software across various channels, including social media, website, email, and print collateral • Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing • Cross-team collaboration to ensure consistency in brand messaging and marketing goals • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement • Analyse marketing metrics and data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimal outputs • Stay abreast with the latest industry trends and best practices and emerging technologies • Assist in planning and coordinating client events and stakeholder networking forums • Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's vision, values, and brand guidelines Qualifications & Skills required are: • Relevant bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience • Interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills • Good analytical and numerical skills • Excellent organisational skills and business awareness • Creativity and problem-solving skills • Minimum 12 months relevant work experience required
