Find out more about CALHN sites and services, our stories and the opportunities to be part of CALHN About the role Respond to enquiries and manage communications received by the unit Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including records management Coordinate meetings, including calendar management and bookings for promotional activities and tools Support the implementation of communications activities aligned to team and organisational priorities Prepare documents, presentations and briefing materials Monitor, process and track invoices Collate, produce and distribute newsletters Assist with the coordination and delivery of events Maintain and update online platforms and digital content About you Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Canva and basic experience in video editing Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively A positive and proactive approach and willingness to support the team as needed An appropriate degree, such as Communications, Business Administration or related field is advantageous Why you’ll love it here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
