About the Role As our national footprint continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and highly organised Operations Support Coordinator to join the team based in Oamaru. This is a fast-paced and highly varied role requiring someone proactive, sharp-minded, and naturally organised. You will work closely with Project Managers and operational teams, identifying what needs to be done before being asked and helping ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish. You will play a key role in creating a seamless operational environment by proactively identifying risks, solving problems early, and supporting continuous improvement across the business. Proven experience in a similar administrator, coordinator or junior project manager role.
