About the role Birch Painting & Decorating is seeking a talented and experienced Painter & Decorator to join a rapidly growing team and help complete projects across South Australia. This is a full-time role that will involve working on a variety of commercial and residential painting and decorating projects in the local area. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating, including sanding, cleaning, and priming Applying paint to both interior and exterior surfaces Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment throughout each project Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients Collaborating with the wider team to ensure all projects are completed to the highest standard Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order What we're looking for Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Painter & Decorator, preferably in a commercial or residential setting Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality Good eye for detail Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation What we offer At Birch Painting & Decorating, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
