About this role: We are seeking a Fuel Truck Driver to join our civil construction team. This is a hands-on, full-time role suited to a reliable, safety-focused driver who enjoys working independently while supporting operations across multiple construction sites. This role is critical to keeping our fleet operational and minimizing downtime on site. What You’ll Be Doing Your day-to-day duties may include: Completing daily vehicle pre-start inspections and maintaining truck safety checks Safely operating and maneuvering the fuel truck on construction sites and public roads Visiting multiple construction sites daily to safely refuel Cappello plant, machinery and equipment. Coordinating with site personnel and operators to manage daily refuelling requirements Monitoring bulk fuel delivery levels and accurate records and associated documentation Ensuring compliance with fuel handling, environmental and safety requirements, including site-specific rules and procedures Keeping your truck clean, maintained and operational. What You Need to Succeed HR Truck Licence (minimum) Experience driving heavy vehicles in construction, civil or mining environments Experience handling, transporting or dispensing fuel (preferred) Strong understanding of construction site safety requirements White Card, Asbestos Awareness & Silica Card Strong work ethic, reliable and ability to work autonomously Good communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with staff & clients.
