About the Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll play an important role in preparing accurate estimates and supporting projects from concept through to pre-start. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing take-offs and accurate project costings Obtaining and reviewing supplier pricing and quotes Preparing siteworks costings Producing pre-start costings and contract pricing Supporting tender submissions, base model pricing, and custom-designed projects Working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the estimating process You'll work across a wide variety of residential and modular projects, giving you exposure to both standard designs and unique custom builds. We use Cubit for estimating, and full training will be provided. About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll ideally have: Experience in residential construction Previous estimating, scheduling, or quoting experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work autonomously and manage priorities A proactive mindset and willingness to learn Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience in modular construction is highly regarded, but not essential.
