Position: Maintenance Engineer Support maintenance and reliability engineering initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights, predictive tools (like XMPro), and automation to improve asset performance, uptime, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: • Monitor and improve asset reliability using predictive analytics and condition-based maintenance practices • Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and flows in XMPro (or similar tools) for real-time monitoring and decision support • Perform reliability analysis (failure trends, root cause, performance metrics) and recommend improvements • Support maintenance planning, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to implement data-driven maintenance strategies • Work with Python scripts for configuration, and integration of operational systems Mandatory skills: • Experience in maintenance / reliability engineering (industrial or asset-heavy environments) • Hands-on experience with XMPro or similar predictive analytics / IoT platforms • Understanding of asset performance, failure analysis, and maintenance strategies • Knowledge of Python scripting skills for data analysis and automation Preferred skills: • Knowledge of industrial systems / OT environments • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools
