What you’ll do As a Senior Process Engineer – Industrial based in Brisbane , you will oversee delivery of key process engineering work across energy and resources projects, providing expert technical guidance to ensure outcomes meet time, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations. Lead process design, safety assessments, and risk management across complex resources and energy projects. Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing. Develop and review key process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, and process safety documentation. Support project delivery from concept selection, feasibility and FEED through detailed design, construction, and commissioning. Drive continuous improvement, best-practice engineering standards, and adoption of digital engineering tools. Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on technical and contractual matters. What you’ll bring Relevant qualifications in Process or Chemical Engineering and professional memberships (Engineers Australia, iChemE, RPEQ) 10 years of process engineering experience across hydrocarbons, power, resources, and green energy projects. Strong expertise in process design, process safety, and risk management for major and technically complex projects. Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver multidisciplinary work across all project phases. Strong capability in process modelling (HYSYS, UniSim and Fluid flow) Strong experience in equipment sizing, technical problem-solving, and data-driven design decisions.
