Position They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with the Director of Finance and lead a high-performing team for a 12 month contract. You’ll deliver best-practice financial services, provide clear insights and advice, and support strategic and operational decision-making to drive financial stability and growth. As a key business partner to the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll oversee monthly reporting, analysis and Board reports, while working closely with teams across the organisation to promote collaboration and informed decision-making. Profile CPA or CA qualified, with a strong track record in governance, compliance, and ethical leadership 5 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles within NFP or complex, multi-stakeholder environments (consulting or startup experience essential) Demonstrated ability to lead strategic financial planning and contribute to organisational strategy Proven people leader, with experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams Thrives in dynamic environments, able to lead through change and navigate ambiguity with confidence Advanced capability in financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Sage), Power BI, advanced Excel, and emerging AI/automation tools Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience driving finance transformation and change initiatives Benefits Immediate start based in the Inner West - close to public transport links. 12-month contract.
