Position: Chef Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Victor Harbor, SA 5211 Business Name: The Larder Kitchen Our client The Larder Kitchen is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join their kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to menu development in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities: ·Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard ·Assist in menu planning and development ·Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency ·Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in line with regulations ·Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies ·Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff ·Supervise and train junior kitchen staff where required Requirements: Qualifications: ·Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (required) ·Diploma of Hospitality (required) Experience: ·Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience as a Chef Skills and Attributes: ·Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards ·Ability to work efficiently under pressure ·Excellent time management and organisational skills ·Team-oriented with good communication skills ·Passion for food and hospitality Work Location: ·On-site at The Larder Kitchen, Victor Harbor, SA 5211
