What Your Days Will Look Like As part of our Home Care team, you’ll manage a varied community nursing caseload across Victor Harbor and surrounding areas, supporting older South Australians to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Your role may include: Clinical assessments and care planning Wound care and chronic disease management Medication support and health monitoring Coordinating with families, GPs, and allied health teams Supporting clients to live well at home Building trusted long-term relationships Documentation and care coordination You’ll work independently throughout the community while being backed by an experienced and supportive leadership team who genuinely understand nursing.
