What’s on offer: Competitive hourly rate up to $55 depending on experience Fully maintained vehicle (or allowance option) plus superannuation Regular rostered day off to support work-life balance Opportunity to work across major, long-term infrastructure and commercial projects Access to structured training and technical development on advanced systems Supportive team environment with experienced technicians and strong mentorship Stable workload with consistent pipeline across multiple sectors Long-term career growth within a growing national and international organisation What you’ll be doing: Carrying out hands-on HVAC servicing, maintenance, and installation work Inspecting buildings and mechanical systems to identify faults and performance issues Diagnosing and repairing electrical and control system faults Installing and maintaining refrigeration pipework, controls, and system components Supporting commissioning and upgrade works across live environments Preparing quotes and technical input for service jobs Working directly with clients to deliver reliable technical solutions Collaborating with internal teams across engineering, projects, and service delivery What we’re looking for: Background in HVAC service, maintenance, or mechanical trade work HVAC Trade qualification required (dual trade ideal) Current trade licences including ARCtick and relevant electrical certifications Valid driver’s licence Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability across HVAC systems Good communication skills and ability to deal with clients professionally Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks Culture & Opportunity: This is a hands-on technical role within a business that invests heavily in its people and projects.
