What are we looking for? We are on the lookout for a Settlement Coordinator to join our National Billing and Settlements Team in our Melbourne office. This is a Full-Time opportunity, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model. Ideally you have experience in banking, finance or in the legal field and are looking for a new challenge, this is a great way to broaden your existing skill set with an established company in the area of billing and settlements to help finalise and settle legal matters, as well as working alongside experienced lawyers and support staff. In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to: Acting in the best interests of our clients Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Managing the post settlement, end to end client experience for personal injury claims, ensuring clients are kept informed about the process Correspond and communicate with external stakeholders to ensure settlements are paid in a timely manner Accurately monitor, calculate, and distribute client’s settlement monies What will you bring?
