Job description Role Opportunity We are currently experienced Project Manager with a SMP background to join our client's site-based team on an initial 12-month contract (with the potential for extension). This role will be pivotal in the delivery of key capital projects that are critical to the success of our clients' operations. Benefits Join a high performing client team Initial 12-month contract with strong possibility of extension $140 - $150 ph. inclusive of super, depends on level of experience DIDO 5/2, 4/3 roster, 40-hour week Essential Skills and Qualifications Project Management background in mechanical engineering discipline with relevant qualifications. 5-year client/owner side experience and 7 years project management experience will be desirable. Sustaining Capital Project Management value up to 20mil. Multi discipline project experiences (SMP) Processing plant and related site civil and infrastructure project experiences EXP with pump station relocations, and pump upgrade projects within mining Strong understanding of construction and installation processes Excellent project planning, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to dynamic site requirements Duties & Responsibilities Manage capital projects across the mine, processing plant and related site infrastructure Manage pump station and pump upgrade projects Plan and manage timely and efficient execution of the project within the allocated budget and scope. Manage reporting including monthly reports, costs, schedules, change management and project resources. Proactive stakeholder management and communication to foster collaborative relationships Our client. A major mining operation based in the Southwest of WA.
