The Position: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale enterprise system implementations. This role focuses on ensuring accurate, compliant, and well-governed data migration from legacy systems into modern enterprise platforms, working closely with operational and technical stakeholders across asset-intensive environments. Key Responsibilities Lead data migration activities across enterprise system implementations. Gather and document data, reporting and regulatory requirements. Analyse source systems to understand data structures, quality issues and business rules. Define migration strategies, data mappings and validation criteria. Support ETL activities and coordinate data validation and reconciliation. Participate in SIT, UAT, cut-over rehearsals and go-live support. Engage with operational and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet real-world needs. Maintain migration documentation, data dictionaries, and governance artefacts. Skills & Experience 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with strong data migration exposure. Degree in Information Systems, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience with ERP, EAM, Finance, Asset Management or operational systems. Strong understanding of data migration, ETL and reconciliation techniques. Background in mining, construction, engineering or asset-intensive industries. Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Pronto, Infor or Maximo is preferred but not essential. Exposure to asset, maintenance, supply chain or project-based data is desirable.
