In the Product team, we are now looking for a talented individual to join us as Senior Product Manager for our core Superannuation administration platform. The Role The Senior Product Manager – Core Proposition will lead the strategic development and evolution of our Superannuation/Orchestration-as-a-Service platform. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and client needs, ensuring our core platform delivers scalability, flexibility, and market differentiation. You will own the product roadmap, define service tiers, and drive commercialisation strategies that enable fund clients to deliver superior member outcomes. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Define and own the core Superannuation/Orchestration-as-a-Service platform product strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Own the product roadmap for core administration capabilities such as member management, contributions, and compliance, working closely with the respective Product Owners Develop the product proposition including service tiers, modules, and pricing models. Lead commercialisation of platform capabilities, packaging features into marketable services. Partner with technology teams to embed automation and AI into platform functions. Ensure platform supports multi-tenancy, scalability, and configurability. Define integration patterns and API specifications for third-party connectivity. Engage with clients and internal teams to validate product concepts and requirements. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities. Mentor product owners and build product management capability within the organisation. Experience & Personal Attributes Extensive experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, platform, or financial services in a B2B setting. Strong understanding of superannuation administration, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Technical knowledge of platform architectures, APIs, and integration strategies. Proven experience with SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to translate client requirements into clear product specifications. Data-driven approach using analytics and market insights to inform decisions. Strong technical literacy and ability to collaborate with engineering teams. Superannuation or financial services experience highly desirable. Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential.
