Bar Staff – Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic bar area, including all equipment and workstations.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as required.
- Monitor patron behaviour and promptly report any incidents or concerns to management.
- Proven cash handling experience with high accuracy.
- A team-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
- Professional presentation and grooming standards.
Wait Staff – Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and seat customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders.
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge and make appropriate recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Respond to customer enquiries and professionally resolve minor complaints or service issues.

Gaming Attendants – Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all gaming patrons.
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, including payouts and reconciliations.
- Monitor gaming operations including poker machines.
- Assist patrons with gaming machine enquiries and troubleshooting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the gaming floor at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and responsible gambling requirements.
- Identify and report incidents, faults, or suspicious behaviour immediately.
- Work collaboratively with the broader hotel team to ensure smooth daily operations.
