About the Role This role is responsible for the timely collection of outstanding debt, accurate reconciliation of accounts, invoice generation, and credit note processing. You’ll play an important role in supporting customers, internal stakeholders and the Accounts Receivable Manager, while contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused finance team. This role has both max-term and permanent opportunities available. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll provide high-quality accounts receivable services by: Managing outstanding debt across an assigned customer ledger Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and account discrepancies Completing accurate and timely invoice runs and processing credit notes Maintaining clear, accurate records within the AR system Building strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders Supporting the Accounts Receivable Manager by identifying risks and escalating uncollected debt when required How You’ll Show Up You’ll demonstrate our leadership behaviours by: Taking accountability for your role and outcomes Contributing positively to a collaborative, high-performing team Respecting and valuing cross-functional relationships Adding life to Multicap’s purpose Giving and receiving constructive feedback What We’re Looking For Experience and Knowledge Experience in accounts receivable and/or debt collection Strong understanding of accounts receivable standards and relevant legislation Customer-focused approach to finance service delivery Highly developed communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) Strong attention to detail with effective time management and prioritisation skills Confidence working collaboratively while also able to work autonomously and take initiative About You You are a confident, values-driven professional who brings: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Sound judgement, integrity and a commitment to ethical practice The ability to influence stakeholders and support positive change Well-developed organisational skills Clear communication skills and the ability to present information effectively What Do You Need to Apply?
