About the role This is a busy and varied Facilities Administrator position, supporting a contract team with a wide range of administrative, coordination and reporting tasks. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, managing data, documentation and communications across the business. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be required to juggle multiple priorities, maintain high levels of accuracy, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Key responsibilities include: Providing high-quality administrative support to the contract team Managing accounts payable processes, purchase orders, invoicing and data entry Maintaining accurate records, document management systems and filing processes Handling incoming calls, emails and general facilities management related enquiries with professionalism and efficiency Supporting reporting, data collation and information presentation for internal and client use About you To be successful in this role it is essential to have: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within facilities, trades, maintenance, construction or similar service based industry The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy across data entry and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels What's in it for you?
