Your new role End-to-end payroll processing across weekly and fortnightly cycles Maintain and update employee records including new starters, terminations, and contract changes • Ensure payroll compliance with awards, legislation, and company policies • Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end processes • Manage superannuation, PAYG, and statutory obligations • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner • Work closely with HR and finance to ensure seamless payroll operations • Identify and implement process improvements where possible What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a payroll officer or similar role Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance requirements • High attention to detail with strong accuracy skills • Experience using payroll systems such as Chris21, Preceda, ADP or similar • Advance Excel skills including data reconciliation • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively • High level of confidentiality and professionalism What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
