We're a fast-growing Australian eco cleaning brand with serious momentum across TikTok Shop, Instagram and Facebook, and we're looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to help grow and manage the creator and affiliate network that sits at the heart of our social commerce strategy. This is a relationship-first role for someone who is organised, personable and genuinely excited about the creator economy. You'll be on the front lines, finding the right people, getting them onboard, and keeping those relationships thriving. What you'll be doing You'll source, outreach and onboard new affiliates and content creators across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, identifying talent that aligns with the Lucent Globe brand and audience. You'll manage day-to-day communications with our existing creator and affiliate network, keeping everyone informed, engaged and producing. You'll coordinate across TikTok Shop, Instagram and Facebook to ensure our affiliate activity is active and performing, and you'll keep our creator CRM up to date and report on partnership performance. What we're looking for You know your way around TikTok, Instagram and Facebook - ideally you've worked in an influencer, affiliate or partnerships role before. You're a strong communicator who can manage a high volume of relationships without dropping the ball. You're proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving team.
