The Role As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity’s 180‑year legacy. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN‑ACC , NQIP , risk & quality Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services) Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes About You RN with current AHPRA registration Knowledge of AN‑ACC , NQIP , ACQSC Residential Aged Care leadership experience Strong communication and coaching capability Desirable: Minimum of 2 years ’ experience in Aged Care Details Role Casual, across7 day roster covering, afternoon and nights shifts.
