We're seeking dedicated individuals to deliver high-quality community-focused health services across our local health network. As a Clinical Nurse in Community Health Nursing, you'll provide advanced nursing practices in primary healthcare, driving the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies and programs to achieve the optimal health outcomes for Community Health Nursing clients. You will also provide Palliative Care to clients and support carers and families in community setting when entering the terminal phase. You'll take ownership of your practice standards, delegate tasks effectively, and support the growth of our team members. While the core of this role is hands-on clinical work, you'll also have the opportunity to be assigned appropriate portfolios. These responsibilities will be customised to align with your career development plan, shaped through personalised performance reviews and development discussions. Eligibility Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience. Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses essential.
