Join Clare Hospital as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, where you'll support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in the operational and clinical leadership of the inpatient unit and ED, promoting safe, high-quality, person-centred care. About the Role As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager you will: Support clinical leadership and the delivery of high-quality nursing care, contribute to team coordination, mentor staff, and support day-to-day service delivery and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Provide proficient clinical nursing/midwifery care while supporting day-to-day unit leadership Assist the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager with staffing, rostering, leave management, and workforce planning Support and guide nursing and midwifery staff, students, and less experienced practitioners Promote evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and safe patient outcomes Contribute to service coordination, patient flow, and multidisciplinary collaboration Who Are We Looking For?
