Based in Clemton Park working on a portfolio of six shopping centres Exciting opportunity to launch your career in Facilities Management Learn from senior mentors and gain experience with innovative FM technology Who We Are Looking For: Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or equivalent Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Basic financial management skills Experience in an administrative role supporting a team or senior staff The Role: As a Facilities Administrator in Clemton Park, you will support the Centre Manager with daily administrative tasks such as raising work orders, processing invoices, and coordinating contractors. You’ll also assist with the day-to-day operations of six shopping centres, including supporting compliance and risk activities across the portfolio. Your role helps keep things running smoothly, allowing the team to focus on delivering great service to tenants. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review reports, and presentations Complete inspection around the centres such as cleaning Process accounts and assist with financial tasks such as invoices Maintain compliance and risk documentation Support vendors, tenants, and internal teams with queries Track and report on maintenance, tenant issues, and upcoming works About Knight Frank Knight Frank Australia is part of the world’s largest privately owned property consultancy.
