CASUAL GROUNDS PERSON – ENTRY LEVEL We are looking for a fit, energetic, reliable individual to join the grounds team for a private residence in the western suburbs and contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the home’s outdoor spaces. Reporting to the Property Manager, this role is entry level grounds experience working within a small team. Key responsibilities of the role include: General grounds maintenance including weed control and leaf blowing Cleaning outdoor furniture and de-cobwebbing of outdoor spaces Pool and fishpond cleaning Running errands for the homeowners and household team and, including deliveries This role is offered on a casual basis, working Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, between the span of hours of 7:30am to 2.30pm each day. To be considered, you must have the ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including heavy lifting. You must be willing to take direction and be able to use a commonsense approach to your work tasks. Previous experience with grounds maintenance and general property upkeep is desirable. Essential for this role is a valid and current driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle along and a National Police Clearance with date issued within last 3 months at time of applying and the completion of a health assessment questionnaire as part of the recruitment process.
