What You’ll Be Doing: Client Relationship Management: Build and grow strong partnerships with defence primes, subcontractors, and engineering consultancies, delivering tailored recruitment solutions aligned to project and compliance requirements. Contract Recruitment Expertise: Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract roles, placing skilled professionals across engineering, project controls, procurement, ICT, and technical support functions within defence programs. Market Leadership: Stay ahead of defence sector trends, including workforce demand, security clearance requirements, and project pipelines, providing valuable insights to both clients and candidates. Business Development: Proactively identify and win new business opportunities, expanding NES Fircroft’s footprint across defence projects, shipbuilding programs, and sustainment activities. Candidate Management: Source, engage, and manage high-quality candidates, including those with active or eligible security clearances, building a strong and reliable talent pipeline. What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in contract recruitment within an agency environment Exposure to Defence, engineering, infrastructure, or government-related sectors is highly desirable Proven track record in business development and winning new clients Strong understanding of complex, compliance-driven environments (e.g. security clearances, regulated projects) A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on results Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels A team-oriented approach, with the ability to contribute to a high-performance culture Why NES Fircroft?
