The Role: We are currently looking for Production Labourers and Forklift Operators to join the team located in Somersby. Our client is the leading supplier of vertically cast steel-reinforced concrete pipes in Australia. There are day and afternoon shifts 6am to 3pm and 2.50pm to midnight with some optional Saturday work. Your main duties will include: Operate hand and power tools to support manufacturing tasks Assist in concrete pipe production, including mould setup, preparation, and reinforcement installation Align reinforcement cages and support concrete batching and feeding processes Monitor compaction and finishing to ensure consistent, high-quality pipe output Strip, cure, inspect, and prepare pipes for dispatch Perform general yard duties including stacking, organising, and maintaining a clean workspace Work efficiently to meet daily production targets Operate forklifts (if you hold a forklift licence) and other material handling equipment to transport pipes, concrete moulds, and other heavy materials within the facility We are ideally looking for physically fit candidates with previous Forklift experience, however, we are also open to people who are willing to obtain their licence and be trained and expand on their skills.
